1. Return Window
Items must be postmarked and shipped back to our facility within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Exclusions
To ensure the integrity of our security products, all returns undergo a strict technical inspection. Returns will be rejected if the product shows signs of:
- Physical Damage: Any cracks, dents, cut wires, or tampered casings.
- Environmental Damage: Evidence of water ingress or moisture (for both indoor and outdoor rated units).
- Electrical Damage: Blown circuits or components caused by lightning strikes, power surges, or the use of incorrect power supplies.
Note: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all cables, mounts, manuals, and software.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
